By accessing or using MikeHub.org ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MikeHub. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
$MIKE is a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services outside the Platform. $MIKE is earned through platform activities and can be spent on cosmetic upgrades, platform features, and in-platform games.
We reserve the right to adjust $MIKE balances, earning rates, and prices at any time. $MIKE balances are not transferable between accounts except through the Platform's tipping feature.
Platform games involve wagering $MIKE virtual currency only. No real money is involved. Games include random elements and are intended for entertainment purposes only. The Platform maintains a house edge on certain games. All game outcomes are final.
You retain ownership of content you post on MikeHub. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate your content on the Platform.
You agree not to post content that is:
Users must treat others with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, doxxing, impersonation, or any form of abuse. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend any account at our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are final. Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences up to permanent removal.
Listings and business entries are user-generated. MikeHub does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, product, service, or business. Transactions between users are conducted at their own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MikeHub, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
The MikeHub name, logo, design, and original content are the property of MikeHub and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform assets without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MikeHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion has a 7-day grace period during which you can log back in to cancel. After the grace period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.
